Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Because our pieces are made with care, processing time does not include shipping time.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
CoronetLuxe is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

At CoronetLuxe, each bracelet is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with care. Because of the nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final. That said, your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at coronetluxe@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
